As Chief Executive Officer of SEL and previously Managing Director of IMG Australasia, James Erskine has represented international sporting bodies for the last 30 years and negotiated the sale of more television rights than any other individual in Australia.

SEL works with individuals and networks producing television shows. Recently, SEL worked with Foxtel to deliver the exclusive rights to the international 'talk-show legend', Michael Parkinson. More recently, SEL was an Executive Producer of the Shane Warne Interview with Michael Parkinson which recorded record ratings on Foxtel.

Following the enormous success of The Main Event tour and its album, SEL produced a 90-minute television special. SEL was responsible for the project, from pre-production through to the negotiation of the sale to free-to-air networks in Australia. The Main Event television special aired nationally on the Seven Network and the television ratings peaked at an impressive 30. An extended version of this television special was created for home video, which debuted at #1 on the ARI video chart.
